After my sons appointment has be dropped even though agreeing that he would be seen the very next day after the system messed up his previous appointment. I have to say Im very disappointed, Behavior Health and its patient abandonmemt when you say one thing such as tell me my son will be seen today when yesterday he was suppost to be seen. Another such as when you also dont fill your clients precriptions like you are suppost to I truly hope my sons PCP will be much more trust worthy. I understand you may be going though things in life but you have a job and a responsibilty to your clients. Im sorry but Ill be getting my son a new Psychiatrist

Bianca Woolridge is one of the most compassionate and attentive physicians I have ever had. She takes the time to truly listen and makes sure all of my concerns are addressed. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she is incredibly thoughtful when discussing treatment options. What stands out most is how much she genuinely cares about her patients. She approaches my care with both professionalism and empathy, which makes a huge difference when navigating serious health concerns. Having a doctor who listens, explains things clearly, and supports me through this process is invaluable. I feel very fortunate to have her as my PCP and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a physician who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in their patients’ well-being.
